south portland avenue roof top apartment
Renovation of an historic brownstone rooftop apartment in a landmarked building overlooking Fort Greene Park, this apartment was transformed from a drab prewar to a bright and happy second home for this LA-residing father and son.
Comprised of the kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, and rooftop access, this apartment saw structural work in opening up the stairwell and raising the ceiling height for uninterrupted flow of light and air.
