fort greene TOWNHOUSE kitchen extension
Located on the parlor floor of a four-story townhouse in Fort Greene, this kitchen extension creates a bright, functional space that connects seamlessly to the backyard.
The first step was removing the dining area from the kitchen. That shift opened up the plan, allowing for better flow, more natural light, and a clearer relationship between rooms.
We kept the original doors and vintage light fixtures in place, allowing their details to stand out against the clean lines of the new layout. The result is a space that supports everyday life—practical, connected, and quietly grounded in the home’s original character.
