Housed in a former factory turned residential in the 90’s, this space had great bones but a heavy atmosphere. When our clients aquried the unit, it was time to retire the initial conversion finishes that absorbed light and made the space feel dim.

We preserved the original character of the space but anchored the kitchen with a much lighter palette, transforming the unit from a dim time capsule into a bright modern dwelling.
